3t2 Scandi Radio - functional

A radio made functional, originally converted by Kacicka as a deco item.


I cloned the boombox for this so it should work in base game. Also added a shadow and OFB "shelvability". This is a new file with new GUID so won't clash with the deco version.



All of the original recolours are included.
