Anon requested a flatter Veronaville here.
The terrain isn't exactly the same as the original near the edges, Anon - I had to build up instead of flattening out to keep the river intact. I tested it on the Veronaville hood and all the houses etc showed up where they should. It might need a little bit more flattening with the terrain cheat but hopefully it's more buildable than it was. I used these settings with Mootilda's Hood Replace program and there's a copy of this image with the settings in the download too in case they're needed.
Put the other two files (VeronavilleFlatter.sc4 and FlatterVeronaville.png) into your SC4 folder - Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains
