slig: A Slig from the Oddworld game, the moon behind it, a landmine in front of it (Default)
One terrain default, nine custom slabs for under other deco.

The default is for the desert terrain effect, it's just a bit darker so that it looks nice with the terrain defaults I'm using. Didn't change the Seasons snow textures as they looked ok.

And some custom hood pieces, I cloned these from a concrete piece CTNutmegger made. Some of the textures were retrieved from a file I'd mashed a lot of Sims3 floors/terrains etc into in my S3 game, I extracted those because I wanted to wipe S3 completely (haven't played it since Generations, boring) but figured the textures might be useful. So credits are a bit wonky. *shifty look*

They are large slabs about the size of a 5x5 lot that you can put under other deco to fill in gaps etc, there are some under the cooling towers and stadium in the pic above.

They're placeable anywhere except water because there's an underneath part to the slab that looked a bit wrong. You can see in the first pic of this post that it's raised slightly in lot view - it'll also sit over a road in lot view but sits under the road from the hood.

Wow, I totally love those slabs. I love using the grass terrain in my neighborhood, but it always looks a bit weird when I have the more condensed city / industrial areas. These are going to be perfect!
