Some replacements for the alleys, apartment buildings and props.
Traffic Cone/Grubby Sign/Barrier
Alley/Sign/Big Dumpster
Bus Stop
Grate
Terrain
Power Plant
Apt Buildings Hood View
Apt Buildings Lot View
I've separated them a bit for download. The props in the rusty bus stop one are all on one texture that's used for the traffic cones/street name sign/simlish sign/grates/barrier/big dumpster. The terrain is the big grey square under effects. I have M&G and AL so if any of these things don't work for you that might be why as some textures look like they were changed then. Let me know and I'll see if I can fix it.

Credit to CuriousB - I used one of the textures from these terrain defaults for the terrain block to complement the concrete terrain default. Also a concrete square which came from a Cyclonesue S3 terrain paint for the alley, I think CuriousB made this too but I'm having bother finding a link.
