Been using these for a bit and found them useful for making up combinations on buildings.

Open Me Doors and Windows

The textures are mostly iCad's and you can find them at MTS, the black and white I either recoloured in Anna's Off White/Black, CuriousB's Jet or altered a Maxis one. I've changed the glass on a lot of them which seems to work fine with most repositoried sets that I have - if a set has its own txmt for the glass in its files then that one will still be blue so something to think about.
