Default Replacement Value Chair and Quaint Table

The Value (tea party in teak) chair has no matching table, I usually use the Quaint (talking table) with it so here are some defaults of that to match the previous Value defaults.

I've split them so that chairs and tables can be downloaded separately or both together. It seemed easier as the talking table has a ton of recolours with matching chair/barstool - couldn't default those, there's only one seat texture for everything which made things look odd. You could use MsBarrow's repository table with these chairs if you want to keep your talking table free for recolours that match your chairs/stools etc.
